another busy week with four interviews scheduled to take place – well we got three done; Peter Jamieson with whom we discussed EMI’s structure worldwide pre and post his becoming their youngest MD as well ashis side of how the NOW! series came into being – the most successful EMI happening financially since the Beatles, wow! Then Robbie Wilson had stories from his Slade days as a roadie working with Chas Chandler right through to having a million plus people grooving at a gig on the beach in south america. Finally Mel Gale and turning from a classical musician into playing cello with the Electric Light Orchestra and toured America with them at their peak.
